IS MY PAYMENT SAFE?
Yes, with Shopify's secure payment options and Paypal keeps all your information safe. When you send a payment using any method mentioned above, we the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don’t have to worry about paying people you don’t know.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately the Tailored Defender is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by The Tailored Defender. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected charges at your end.
WHAT IF I AM MISSING PART OF MY ORDER?
Please get in touch with our customer service. Make sure to let them know your order number and which items were missing. Contact us.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you’ve placed you order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (E.G. ADDRESS)
If you made a mistake with the order please contact us immediately, if the order has not shipped we can make changes.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us, if it has not been opened or used and is still in the origianl packaging. You will them have to place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
We want you to love your Tailored Defender product, but in the unforeseen circumstance you need to return your product please see more details that pertain to your issue below. The Tailored Defender cannot accept returned product that has been used, altered or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The Tailored Defender will accept returns up to 14 days from goods being received.
The Tailored Defender will refund the product cost once the product is returned to us. The shipping fees will not be refunded unless it was in our error.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. The Tailored Defender is not liable for any lost or damaged packages that you return.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER
You are free to cancel your order for any reason before it is dispatched. To cancel, please call and let us know, so that we can prevent the order from shipping. An order may not be cancelled after it has been shipped or while it is with the courier in transit, at this point it will be treated as a return. A refund for the goods will be provided when they are returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, unaltered and unused. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We suggest returning goods insured and with a tracking number. The Tailored Defender is not liable for your lost or damaged returned goods.
CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT AFTER 14 DAYS?
We are sorry but The Tailored Defender cannot accept returned product after the 14 days from the date of delivery.
MY PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED DUE TO SHIPPING
Receipt of damaged goods must be reported to The Tailored Defender within 24 hours of delivery to comply with the couriers policies. If the damage to the outside packaging is visible upon delivery, please either refuse the package or sign the courier slip as “damaged”. Call us immediately. Please keep all packaging and we will request that you supply photos of both the goods and packaging by email to The Tailored Defender. This will enable us to replace the product swiftly. The Tailored Defender will then arrange with you to return the damaged item at our cost. If package is refused and courier returns package to us, then please call and we will ship a replacement product.
WE GOOFED AND SENT YOU AN INCORRECT PRODUCT
Occasionally the wrong item is sent to a customer due to The Tailored Defender picking/packing error. We will offer an exchange for the correct item or a full refund upon return of the product in its new and unused condition. Please get in touch with us to setup the return.
PRODUCT WE CANNOT ACCEPT FOR RETURN
We at The Tailored Defender reserve the right to refuse returned products if necessary for the following reason: Products that have been used. Products that have been altered. Products that have been soiled and/or a soiled product box/packaging. Products that have an odor i.e. smoke, fuel. Products damaged as a result of misuse or ill-treatment.
WHAT COURIERS DO WE USE FOR SHIPPING
The shipments are sent via DHL, UPS, FedEx. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the product.
CAN I GET A SHIPMENT TRACKING
An order confirmation will be sent to your email following it tracking information once your order has been placed.
DECALS, PRINTS & LEATHER PRODUCTS
Our decal productions are made with a hi-tech automated vinyl cutting machines.
No printing or inks are used on this decal. Our Decals are made with top quality self-adhesive vinyls; 3M and Oracal products are what we use for our vinyl decals.
the TD decals are weatherproof, they will not fade.
All of our decals come with clear transfer tape which will help you to apply the art-work easily on your Defender. Depending on the art-work you purchase, you may be required to cut in order to fit exact location. Please understand that there are many modified Defenders in the world, our decals are sized to fit standard Land Rover Defenders. If you need a custom design/size please contact us. Every order will come with a squeegee car decal applicator and an application guide.
All of our posters are printed on high quality semi-gloss photo paper. Our poster dimensions come in the following sizes: A3 (297 x 420mm / 11.7 x 16.5in) or A4 (210 x 297mm / 8.3 x 11.7in)
Please note that this artwork does not include the frame. Your order will be packaged and shipped tightly in protective wooden covers.
